💙🐾 Happy Veterinary Technician Appreciation Week!
We want to take a moment to thank all of our amazing technicians at Oceanview for the special touch, compassion, heart, and soul they bring to their work every day. The long shifts, missed breaks, emotional days, and countless hours they put into caring for our patients don’t go unnoticed. We’re so grateful for everything they do, even the things that often happen behind the scenes.
As Tori, one of our own veterinary technicians, beautifully shares, this profession comes with both incredibly rewarding moments and some very hard ones. From watching a sick patient recover and earning the trust of a frightened animal to supporting families through heartbreaking goodbyes, our team shows up with compassion and dedication through it all.
Thank you, Tori, for putting into words what so many in veterinary medicine feel, and thank you to our entire technician team for giving so much of yourselves to the animals and families who count on us. We see you, we appreciate you, and we’re so proud to work alongside you!
