Hello friends!

WOW it’s been a bit! Sorry about that. Not long after all the 2022 babies hatched, I found out I was incubating one myself. And hoooo boy… that pregnancy was miserable. And unfortunately, the snake room felt the impact of my misery. The human baby is almost a year old now, and thankfully the snake room has recovered.

But as I am in my and with more potentially terrible pregnancies on the horizon, I’ve decided to significantly downsize my collection, for both my sake and the sake of the animals. A lot of animals will be going up on morphmarket over the next few weeks, including the 3 pictured here.

As I’m looking to downsize there ‘shouldn’t’ be any ball python clutches this year(there weren’t supposed to be any last year either, but we got a small surprise clutch) We are hoping for a litter of California Red-Sided Garters to drop in June though so keep an eye out for that if you are interested!

This pretty girl went to her new home in Idaho today! She’s the very first baby to move out of the snake room 😭 they grow up so fast!

If you’re interested in some bright sirtalis infernalis, I have several males and females ready to go! They’ll be up on morphmarket in a day or so.

3 good babies (and 1 that had developed without a head - check out the 2022 story highlights if you’re curious)

So… I don’t know with any certainty what these 3 are. Pretty confident the dark one is a black pastel calico clown. The other 2 are something champagne 😅
Mom is a pastel champagne het clown, proved out black pastel and I think proved out calico also. Dad is a leopard clown.
I would not be surprised if they both end up visual clown. In any case, all 3 will be staying for now.

Is this the face of parental regret? 🤣

I’m thinking dad Hox is questioning his decision to have 2 clutches with Helix this year. Lucky for him he’s back to living the bachelor life for the winter. His live-in nanny (me) can confirm that 31 babies is a lot to handle 😅
