- Make sure your Coggins are current.
- If you're crossing state lines you will need a health certificate.
- We CANNOT write a health certificate without a current Coggins from us or another vet!!
- If you plan to have them emailed or pick up from the office, please call us at LEAST 3 days before departure so we can get them written.
-If you need them mailed let us know at least a week before you leave so we ensure you get them in time.

- Hauler's name and phone number if you're not hauling yourself.
- Date of departure
- Which horses are going and what you're going for.
