We want to sincerely apologize for a human error we recently discovered on some of our pet treat labels.
The treats purchased on August 15th in Toledo were made fresh on August 14th, but the labels mistakenly stated a made date of July 14th. This was completely our mistake — a simple human error when preparing the labels.
We want to be very clear that all of our treats are made fresh for your pets, and the treats in question were made fresh on August 14th.
We are deeply and genuinely sorry for any confusion or concern this incorrect date may have caused. We understand that you trust us to provide safe, fresh, quality treats for your furry family members, and we don't take that trust lightly.
We have already taken additional steps in our labeling process to ensure this type of mistake does not happen again. While we are human and mistakes can happen, we are committed to learning from them and improving our process.
