Most pet owners have thought about what they would grab in an emergency, but not everyone has included their pets in the plan.

July 15 was Pet Fire Safety Day, so now is as perfect a time as any to take a few small steps now that could make a big difference later. Place a pet alert sticker on your window so responders know animals are inside. Keep a go-bag with food, water, and medical records near the door. And make sure your pet is part of every practice drill. Protecting your pet is part of protecting your home.

📣 Schedule Update for August (and beyond)

Starting August 1, Tilsit Road Animal Clinic will no longer be open on Saturdays. Our weekday hours will stay the same.

We’re also expecting a 2–3 day closure sometime in August while our driveway gets some much‑needed improvements. As soon as the construction crew gives us the exact dates, we’ll share them here.

Tilsit Road Animal Clinic is looking for a full‑time Customer Service Representative to join our front desk team. Starting pay is $15.00/hour.

If you love helping people, staying organized, and keeping a busy day running smoothly, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do
📞 Answer phones & help clients
📅 Schedule appointments
🐶 Check patients in & out
💳 Collect payments
📁 Prep charts & manage records
💻 Enter medical notes
💊 Process medication refill requests

✨ This is NOT a veterinary assistant position, though you may occasionally help the medical team.

What We’re Looking For
✔ Strong customer service skills
✔ Friendly, positive attitude
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
✔ Great communication & problem‑solving
✔ Experience in a vet clinic is a plus, not required
✔ High school diploma or equivalent
