🍁NEW TO THE ADOPTION FLOOR! 🍂🍁

Handsome Gunner is ready to steal some hearts! 🧡

Move over, pumpkin spice! There’s a new handsome fella in town, and he’s giving us all the fall feels! 🎃🍁

Meet Gunner, an approximately 2-year-old male German Shepherd who arrived at the shelter as a stray alongside his gal pal Scout! These two seem to share a special bond, but Gunner is definitely the bigger of the pair!

With those gorgeous Shepherd looks and soulful eyes, how could anyone resist this handsome boy? ❤️

🍁 Approximately 2 years old
🍁 Children over 10 recommended
🍁 Has paid no attention to other dogs, although his formal dog introduction is still pending
🍁 Seemed a little nervous around the cats
🍁 German Shepherd experience preferred

❤️ Our shelter is bursting at the seams, and the dogs just keep coming! We are incredibly full, and every single open kennel matters. When one dog finds a home, it opens up a space for another dog desperately waiting for their chance. Every adoption makes a difference, and every share helps us reach another potential family!

We would love to see Gunner trading in his kennel for a comfy bed, a loving family, and plenty of autumn adventures! 🍂

Let’s help this handsome guy find his happily ever after! 🧡

📍 615 Freemont Ave, Jackson, NJ
🕐 Open to the public daily, 1–4 PM

Come meet Gunner! 🍁🐾

🍁🍂 FALLING FOR SCOUT! 🍂🍁

There’s a new girl on the adoption floor, and she’s ready to leaf shelter life behind! 🐾❤️

🍁 MEET SCOUT! 🍁

This beautiful girl is approximately 2 years old and a German Shepherd who arrived at the shelter as a stray. She came in with her buddy Gunner, and the two seem to share a special bond. We also be posting him! ❤️

Scout is an absolute sweetheart! She’s friendly, walks beautifully on a leash, and isn’t overly big for a Shepherd. Just the perfect size for all those fall adventures! 🍂

🍁 Approximately 2 years old
🍁 Dog friendly 🐕
🍁 Paid no attention to the cats 🐈
🍁 Children over 10 recommended
🍁 German Shepherd experience preferred
🍁 Spayed, vaccinated & microchipped
🍁 Sweet as pumpkin pie! 🥧

Scout has so much love to give, and we’re hoping her forever family is just around the corner!

🍂 Don’t let this beautiful girl fall through the cracks! 🍂

📍 615 Freemont Ave, Jackson, NJ
🕐 Open to the public daily, 1–4 PM

Come meet Scout! She might just be the missing piece to your pumpkin patch! 🎃❤️

🩷 RESCUED 🩷

Another deserving pup has safely left the shelter! Congratulations to our girl Luna Grace who is now in the loving and caring hands of our wonderful rescue partner German Shepherd Rescue of New Jersey.

This beautiful girl was passed around twice before ending up in the Shelter at only 10 months old. Still a baby just trying to figure things out, but nobody gave her a chance. Thankfully, our wonderful friends at GSRNJ stepped up for her. We owe a very big thank you to Tom and Cindy for seeing more than a scared little girl and recognizing that she needs confidence, safety, security and someone to believe in her. She’s just a pup.

We are so happy for Luna. We can’t wait to see her thrive. Be brave and make us proud Luna Grace.🩷
