Last week, I was talking about how much teamwork energy we have at Stonewall Ponies- Emily Elek farm.

For example in a day, two of us talked about a pony, what she was feeling and what I was seeing. Then she later taught me on a pony. Later, I taught a different girl on a pony. That girl answered a question of mine and helped be eyes to something I was feeling. Two of us worked together to organize a few ponies schedules and a different one worked with me on discussing tack for a sensitive one.

Outside of that, I also worked, collaborated, discussed individuals or patterns with various members of the greater team of bodyworkers, vets, and farrier during the week. They expanded upon my knowledge and skillset and together, we had a better plan for a couple ponies.

I learned new things and others hopefully learned something or saw or felt something differently or in a new light.

Growing each other, to prioritize the ponies.

The safe, welcoming, natural learning environment that inspires (and holds accountable to) growth, reflection, and effort is something I’m so grateful for and cherish every day. 🦄✨
