this NEEDS to happen! it's BS that you can't bring your pooch to the oceanfront anymore! we drove out there from smithfield a few weekends ago with LuLu and were told that it was now illegal and we could get a fine. you can't have them down there at all anymore, leash or no leash, from may until september :o(

We need this dog park for the countless tourist that come to our resort area and the residents that live at the Oceanfront that do not have anywhere...
