We were almost hit tonight. Always respectfully waiting my turn at a cross walk. And there are many here in East Side Costa Mesa. He decided a rolling stop was enough and came so close, almost intentionally. Perhaps I wasn't walking fast enough? I am limping a bit due to a bee sting on my foot (& I refuse to have an excuse to cancel on a client last minute). But regardless, don't be an
a$$hole like this guy. Wait the extra couple seconds.  Be kind.

Jack is a funny cat. ALWAYS hissing, though never in a bad mood. It's just his thing.

And sometimes, they just won't budge! Roxy gets 3 visits a day when we petsit. Sometimes, the mid day walk turns into more of a loungy time to people watch, potty and just enjoy the outdoors. 🤪

Check out that eye roll on Lilly! She's so over this heat wave. Although we make sure to bring a water bottle, and stay in shaded areas for our walks. We also are mindful to stay off hot pavement for her tender paws. What other tips do you do for these hot days?
