Hey guy I want to start off saying all of you are the best!!! For anyone who would want to see me at my home shop I will be doing regular clients on Saturdays and will be taking new clients and regular clients Monday threw Friday at Bryan-Hight veterinary hospital on shotwell street the number to book appointments is 2292468600. So much truth

He HATES nails!

Reasons your best friend may be having a hard time getting his nails done and remember “he’s not giving you a hard time, he’s having a hard time.”

1. Pay attention to anatomy! Maybe you’ve pulled his leg out at an angle that it’s not meant to be at, pushing on his joints. Keep the leg close to the body.
2. He needs to get his balance. Maybe he’s not even struggling about the nails but is having a valence issue, you did change his stability and he may need to distribute his weight differently now.
3. Arthritis. It’s possible he is actually experiencing pain when your moving him around, be gentle, be compassionate.
4. Every dog has a history and a threshold. Find their starting place instead of jumping straight into their deep fear state. Work with the dogs not against them.

I’m grateful for all of my clients that have chose me as their groomer. You guys seriously bring me so much love and joy anytime of the year but thank you all for making this years Christmas super special. I got to see all of my fur babies except a few right before Christmas everyone is fresh and clean and ready for Santa. I started collecting cards at the first one I received from my grandmother at 6 for can’t tell you how excited I get when I read words of my family and friends that you guys pick out send specially just for me. I love you all and I hope everyone is having the best time of the year.
