EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!! No-Show policy is updated!! If you confirm your appointment and do not show, you will be charged 1/2 price for that appointment whether it’s your 1st no show or not, 2nd no show will be full price payment before you can schedule your next appointment. We are extremely busy, it is not fair to the groomers or our other customers who show up and keep their scheduled appointments, and we have had alot of no shows lately! I have always tried to be fair, but with the busy summer season if you have to reschedule an appointment it will take a spot from someone else who did not miss their appointment and needs to get in. Furthermore, we require a 12 hr cancellation, 24 hrs would be even better, if it’s less than 12 hrs and we are unable to fill that spot off of our cancellation list, you may be charged full price for that appointment. Thank you, BARB😊
UPDATE: you can text anytime 24 hrs a day 616 522-4325, or call and leave a message 616 527-1346. Thank you.

31 years and still going strong, a dog groomers job is very hard but satisfying as well in so many ways, I am blessed to have the BEST crew and the very BEST customers, thank you to everyone who has ever been a part of this 31 year journey, I also want to thank my husband Jeff for all of the years of support and maintenance, this business would not have made it this far without him!!
