Typically, over the summer months you don't see much for FB posts from us because we use FB primarily for puppy updates along with pictures and videos so you can follow along. We take about 4 months away from new litters during the summer months.
But there have still been new updates being added to the GroveBritishLabs.com website as we have updates to pass along. I have copied some of those updates below, but you can also find them at https://grovebritishlabs.com/news/
Update: 8/31/2026
Price Increase Notice:
We have not increased prices since 2020. We will continue to honor the current pricing through deposits received in September and October of 2026. But beginning November 2026, all deposits received after that date will be at the new pricing.
Our current deposit count sits at 18. Those are spread out across the Fall2026, Winter2027 and Spring2027 takehomes. Currently the best open availability is on the male puppy side.
Update: 8/30/2026
We are decreasing our number of litters from 8 in the last Fall-Spring rotation, down to 5 in the next Oct2026-May2027 timeframe. We are projecting 4 litters the following year, and 2-4 litters for the remaining 3 or so years. We are starting to slow our puppy business as we approach that 25-year mark.
We are open to the idea of selling our business (i.e. website traffic and 4100+ Facebook followers and multiple semen breeding samples from 5-7 past studs) to someone who wants to follow some similar practices of co-owned breeding contracts for studs/dams (i.e. we would help develop some of those contracts in advance of a sale), smaller scale where litters are raised in a home environment, and emphasis on socialization/crate training/potty training of quality puppy bloodlines.
So if there is interest on either side:
Future stud or dam co-ownership breeding dog contracts. In exchange, the puppy is free of charge.
Being considered in future kennel ownership discussions in the next 1-4 years.

There have been about a dozen families who are current GBL dog owners who have contacted us about their 2nd or 3rd dog. So wanted to give this notice to them as well. We do puppy selections based on the order we receive the $300 puppy deposit. Those are typically good for up to 1 year, but can make some special extended arrangements with past puppy owners.
Update: 8/21/2026
We have our stud dog, Maxx, with us currently. He is getting down to his final contract breeding after his next litter. So we have decided to do a semen collection because we have seen many high-quality puppies come from his lineage. We ended up with 5 future frozen samples.

We have Evie and Chase with us for a fall breeding. We are expecting an October delivery and a December takehome litter.

Below is our best projection at the moment of the litters we are expecting in our next rotation. It will become clearer as the females start coming into their cycles and the breedings happen. Then I can give more firm dates on delivery and takehome dates.

Update: 8/1/2026
As we get into August, we are expecting to see some of our females come into their cycles. There are 1-2 of them that seem to be a few weeks behind in their typical cycles. Maybe the hot weather is playing into some of that. At this point we have 13 deposits in to reserve a future pup. Those deposits are spread across different timeframes. Now is the time to reserve your future puppy!!
Update: 7/23/2026
Planning is now beginning for our next rotation of litters. Breeding should begin in August. By the end of September we will have a clearer picture for the timing of takehomes in the fall and winter. Best projection at this point is we will have 2 litters going to new homes yet in 2026. 1-2 more litter takehomes in Jan-Mar, and 1-2 in the Apr-June timeframe.
A $300 deposit is how you get on our puppy reservation list. Please don't wait to get a deposit in when you see new puppy pictures and videos for a specific litter on Facebook. By then the litter is likely spoken for already. See our Puppy Inquiry tab for the form to complete. I will respond back with details on litter timings and process to send in deposit.

Our two spring litters are fully sold out. We typically take a break from new litters in July, August and early September. Our future litters typically are sold out before they are born. So if you are interested in a future pup, the most ideal is to have a deposit placed to reserve a pup about 3-4 months in advance of when you would like to take one home.
