As my business continues to grow, I want to make sure everyone is aware of my current grooming policies. I’ve put these policies in place to help my days run smoothly, keep appointments on schedule, and make sure I can continue providing the best care possible for every dog while keeping you informed. ❤️

Please take a moment to look over the attached policies regarding cancellations/no-shows, matting, business hours, pickup times, and additional fees.

I completely understand that life happens and unexpected things come up! These policies aren’t meant to be difficult—they simply help protect the time I reserve specifically for you and your pup.

DJ, my worthless coworker, would like to remind everyone that we are quickly approaching holiday/family picture season! Be sure to schedule your grooming appointments ahead of time! If you wait until the week of Thanksgiving/Christmas, I cannot promise to get you in.

Avoid disappointment, schedule the appointment!! 🗓️
