Buck Wild Animal Rescue and Wildlife Rehab

It's our annual reminder!!!

❌ Those old-fashioned, stretchy, stringy, realistic-looking spider webs also capture birds, bugs, and other small creatures! Those spider webs turn into a real-life horror story for many of our beloved feathered & furry friends every Halloween season.

The good news is some great alternatives WON’T get stuck to your hangnails (see, I speak from experience 😳), clean up more manageable, and don’t trap our valued wildlife!

Opt for one of these options instead and if you just enjoy the seasonal pain in the butt those original spider web decorations bring…save them for indoor use only! 🕸🕷

Share with your human friends...save your wildlife friends!

🚩Our nonprofit is needing help with two things for our flood rebuilding project. Looking for quotes from locals, or even better, if any businesses are able to donate. Maybe even discounted rates??🚩

We need 2-3 truck loads of the cheapest limestone gravel (not road base) ~35 tons

2nd, we need a 10ft storage container for about 2-3 weeks to store all of our office supplies.

The aftermath from the July floods left us with extensive damage. We’re working tirelessly to build new specialized animal enclosures. Our office which also flooded is being demolished and rebuilt essentially, especially because the mold permeated everything despite our efforts to stop it. This whole project is costing us ~$75,000. We need any help possible.

The 10ft container will hold all of our office supplies while it’s being rebuilt. The gravel is going to be put in and around our new enclosures.

Anyone that can give quotes or donate please text Haley 210-374-1425

Our old Polaris that we relied on heavily to do work around the rescue has been out of commission since the July flood. It was constantly breaking down even before that, but after the flood it was damaged beyond repair. Now that we’re in our rebuilding phase finally, it was crucial to get another machine that could handle the work.

We would like to thank Destination Cycle in Kerrville for working with us through this, and the donors who made it possible for our nonprofit to purchase this Can-Am Defender. Special thanks to Dart and Campbell for all of their help, there’s no one better to work with if you need a SxS.
