A little reminder about no-shows & late cancellations
All no shows and late cancellations will incur a fee that must be cleared before any future appointments can go ahead.
We absolutely understand that life happens - things come up and plans can change.
However, when a grooming appointment is missed without notice, that appointment time has been reserved especially for your dog and can be very difficult to fill at short notice.
No-shows and last-minute cancellations mean:
🐶Another dog misses out on an appointment
⏰Valuable grooming time is lost
💔Our small business loses income
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
Our time matters, and so does yours - thank you for respecting our schedule and helping us keep things running smoothly. 🐾✂️
