Did you know there’s a difference between 1-year and 3-year rabies vaccines? The length of protection depends on the vaccine used and when your pet receives it in relation to their due date.

Our IVC practice manager, Gerri was awarded the “Healthcare Team Member Award!”

This was presented to her yesterday at the IVMA conference by president, Dr. Aubrey Cordray.

We are so blessed to have her as our teammate, mentor, and friend. Thank you for everything you do for everyone in our clinic and community. This is a huge accomplishment and we can’t think of anyone more deserving than Gerri! ❤️

Running low on your pet’s medication? Please give us a call at 515-961-6201 to place your refill request. 📞

We ask that you allow 24–48 business hours for prescriptions to be completed. Please keep this timeframe in mind when requesting refills so we can have everything ready for you and your pet! 🐶🐱

Friendly reminder: We do not process medication refills on Saturdays.

Teamwork doesn’t stop when we clock out! 🐾🎨❤️

Last night, the IVC team swapped the clinic for a little creativity at Board & Brush! We may spend our days working hard together to care for our patients, but it’s just as important to take some time to laugh, relax, and enjoy each other outside of work. 🥰

A huge thank you to one of our wonderful clients, Janie, for bringing our team some baked goods! When things get busy around here, lunch doesn’t always happen (or happens much later than planned 😅), so these treats were such a thoughtful surprise.
