In observance of the holiday and to allow pets to be home safe during an often stressful time, we will be closed Saturday, July 4. We will reopen on Sunday, July 5. Have a safe and happy weekend!

Due to a gas leak, we will be closed for the remainder of the day. Any pets with appointments will be contacted to reschedule. Voicemails will be returned tomorrow. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Hey all! Parking update. We are no longer allowed to use the Papa Ray’s lot for dropoff/pickup. They are under new ownership and decided that they did not want to keep up the temporary arrangement. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hey all! A lot of our groomers are feeling pretty under the weather this week. We may be slower to respond to messages and calls as we wade through the ick. Please bear with us! We promise we will get to everyone.

Mother Nature sure did drop the hammer on us. Because of her tantrum, the shop will be closed again on Monday, Jan. 26. All Monday clients are being contacted to reschedule. Phone calls will be returned Tuesday. Stay toasty, my friends!

Hi all! We will be closed Sunday, January 25. Any phone calls will be returned Monday. We’ll try to get to text messages during the day as we can. Thank you and stay warm!

As forecasts solidify, its becoming apparent that we will probably have to reschedule Sunday appointments. We will start reaching out to Sunday clients soon.

We are monitoring the developing weather for the weekend. Currently, we have no plans to close but understand if scheduled appointments would like to reschedule. As the forecast models change (it is Indiana after all), we will update as necessary.

Well friends, the time has come…they are tearing apart Shelby Street right in front of the shop. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but this is completely out of our hands.

This is expected to be our norm until July 2026. Street parking along Shelby Street will be removed permanently.

We are the red X. The purple lines are access routes to get to us.

Street parking can be found along Orange or diagonally from us at Goodwill. Please do not park in the spaces behind the building as those are reserved for business use.

Please consider patronizing our neighbors as they will also be taking a big hit during this time: Nine Lives Cat Cafe, Artesenal Panaderia, Cavity Factory, Elf & Moon Game Shop

12/16/2025

Due to Shelby Street construction, we will be closed on Wednesday, Dec. 17. We will reopen as normal on Thursday, Dec. 18. All messages will be returned on Thursday.
