Behind the scenes with Cino 🎬💤

She is here with us while her mom physically recovers and heals.

Don’t let that face fool you, she is a sour patch kid 😉💙 loves chasing squirrels, rough tug of war, (trying to) tell the other dogs what to do, and blowing her “stay” when it’s time to go outside. We work on that everyday 😂❤️

Haley’s last day at boarding 🥺🥰 here she is in all her glory. She has done a TON of socializing with us. She is a formally reactive dog, so coming from not being around other dogs (or cats) to daily interaction has been new and stimulating. She gets to go home to having ALL the attention back on her 😍 she has worked so hard! Earns a BIG star ⭐️

Haley before and after training 🎓✏️📖 She has been perfect while boarding this week while her mom travels! She is also curious and respectful of the cats. Her progress is just amazing! She was extremely reactive to Zeke when they met about a year ago - she is proof that training WORKS!

The Shiba’s went home yesterday. It was fun seeing double! 😂 They ate all the treats we offered, and did great in their bedroom at night. Their humans were so sweet they brought enough pumpkin chews for our dogs to enjoy also🥹🥰

Final reminder of the meet up this Sunday (8/23) at 11am 🥰

Info!
- meeting location is 6 minutes away from Mellow Mutts Dog Training: fill out the form &/or pay and contact Sarah to get the exact spot!

- bring a 10ft. long leash (as well as your regular length walking leash)

- bring high value treats (cheese, hot dogs, soft treats, etc.)
- a treat pouch is recommended! You can also use it as a way to attach your dog to your body. This is how I walk dogs daily! (Can use a carabiner clip to attach or use the handle of the leash through the buckle on the treat pouch if it goes around your waist)
