We are having our house's 20-year-old windows (many foggy and with failed seals) replaced. Bella and Maxine still aren't quite friendly enough to be in the same room unsupervised, so one gets the garage, while the other gets the guest room. Bella doesn't appreciate the arrangement.

Hospitality cat, part two

Leaving this place behind for a bit, to visit another pretty place in Indianapolis! The cats are on their second housesitter of the summer, and that's rough for them---but also a chance to practice their hospitality skills. Before I leave, we talk through how many nights I will be gone, and I imagine a little silver shield around each of them.
