Meet Canela (or Nelly!) and her sweet crew of seven: Chester, Cheddar, Butters, Puddin, Mittens, Boots, and Oreo!
A huge, heartfelt thank you goes out to the wonderful finder who kept this entire family safe, loved, and cared for until we could open our home to them. It is so rare and special for someone with zero fostering experience to jump in and tackle a group this size without skipping a beat—and they even made sure mom was spayed before coming to us!
Speaking of sweet Nelly, all seven of her little ones were spayed and neutered this week, officially ending the cycle for a mama who had at least seven litters before this. She is more than ready to hang up her mom hat, put her paws up, and spend the rest of her life being pampered and adored.
Every single member of this cutie group is now ready to find their forever home! We’re sharing a few of the precious photos provided by their finder while we give the kittens a few days to rest up and recover. Once they're settled, we'll post updated pictures, but if you fall in love with any of these faces, we are officially accepting applications in the Indy area!
