Winifred seems to be doing just fine. It's been 36hrs and aside from one explosive 💩 she is acting totally normal.

Not sure if I should just be grateful or if I should question the snap test that was very much positive within about 3minutes.

Prior to doing the test, my assumption was that she had some gut bacteria issues that a lot of bottle babies her age go through but the inappetence and bloody stool warranted a test just to be sure.

If she stays in this condition she should be fine to go back with her foster family in a couple of days. 🤞🏻🤞🏻

This is Winifred and unfortunately she tested positive for panleuk today. I agreed to take her home and see what I can do. She is a tiny little thing. Hoping we caught it early. Her fosters were very diligent in notifying us when something seemed wrong. 🤞🏻

Her lungs still sound funky when you pick her up but her breathing is mostly normal. Big appetite for her wet food. Kibble is a toy. Still has a touch of the ringworm.

I got home from my business trip at 1am 🫠 but immediately went to visit her upon getting home. She sounds good. She looks good. A little sprinkle of pneumonia.

Ugh. We've had a setback again 😩 this kitten. About 30min before I was due to leave on a business trip I went to say bye to LIL and she was in some respiratory distress. Nothing severe, but certainly alarming.

Foster Mom 2 had to take her to the vet where she will stay at least for a couple of days in the ICU. She likely has pneumonia but will be somewhere they can do more for her while I am out of town.

Send us good vibes ... Again 🥴🩷
