-- Providing emergency veterinary care
-- Sheltering and finding homes for orphan/abandonded animals
-- Promoting spaying/neutering of pets to control overpopulation
-- Operating a joint spay/neuter clinic with the Indiana County Humane Society
-- Educating the public on animal care and welfare
-- Providing a lo

st-and-found service for pets with FFF ID Tags
-- Visiting local nursing homes and schools with "ambassador" animals
-- Supporting the work of a paid Humane Agent to investigate claims of animal cruelty & neglect

Introducing our newest friend, Shiloh! She’s a beautiful Akita. Please research the breed if you’re interested.

“Judging Shiloh based on her size would be a huge mistake. She is gentle as a lamb, and walked directly beside me with absolutely zero force. I held the leash with my pinky finger half the time! Shiloh radiates love and affection comes out in droves as well. Whoever gets Shiloh for their forever dog will be winning the dog lottery for sure.”—Quote from Kenny, a shelter volunteer.

-Current on flea meds

-May do well with another dog her size if properly introduced.
