🚨 FOSTER NEEDED TO SAVE PEACHES 🚨

Peaches 🍑 is running out of time.

She is the longest resident at , which is now at maximum capacity. As a heartworm-positive dog, she is at even greater risk while she waits.

The heartbreaking and frustrating part is that we - Maggie Lu’s Safe Haven Rescue - are ready to save her. We have the resources to pull her, cover her treatment, and get her to safety.

But we can’t do it without a foster. 🙏🏼

A foster home is the only thing standing between Peaches and euthanasia.

She doesn’t need money. She doesn’t need a miracle. She just needs a safe place to land.

Please don’t let this sweet girl lose her life simply because she had nowhere to go.

TODAY is Vash’s Last day
It is absolutely heartbreaking that he is here along with his brother and that it did not seem his owners cared anything about them. They roamed a lot in the neighborhoods. They just need someone that will take them in and love them. They do not have to be adopted together.
Please come to meet him tomorrow.

URGENT LAST DAY 5/26/26
Meet Vash who was surrendered by his owner along with his brother CJ who is also here at the Shelter. Both dogs have never been apart. They’ve had them since they were puppies because they also had the mom and dad.! They are both one years old they were surrendered because the owner said they kept getting out of the fence and trespassing in neighbors yards.
They stated they lived mostly outside
They stated that Vash loves to run around and play and He is also heartworm negative.
We know it’s very difficult for anyone to adopt both dogs, but please share so we can find their forever homes

She’s been working with our rescue partner for the past few weeks and is truly THRIVING 🙌. LunaBelle has learned the “YES” marker for good behavior, is making great progress with calm dog introductions (walking alongside a fence with no barking 🙌), and leash walking is now a total breeze, and added in some fetch for fun. 🤩

She is happiest with structure and truly loves pleasing her person—just look how happy she is when she hears “YES” and gets her treat! 🥹 This training has shown us just how capable and versatile LunaBelle can be in a home. From being the best hiking or running buddy to the ultimate couch cuddler, she’s ready to fit right into your life 💛

‼️We are currently looking for a new foster ASAP as her current foster is in the process of moving out of state.

LunaBelle is also available for adoption and ready to find her forever home 🏡🐶 Training will continue with her new foster or adopter to keep her on this amazing path!

Wyatt came to our rescue when he was just 8 weeks old—a tiny puppy with his whole life ahead of him. Now, he’s a one year old and is still waiting for someone to say, “That’s my dog.” 💔

We truly can’t understand why.

This sweet boy has spent nearly his entire life in rescue, watching other dogs come and go while he continues to wait for the family he deserves. He’s grown up without knowing what it’s like to have a home of his own, a couch to curl up on every night, or people who are there just for him.

And the heartbreaking part? Wyatt is everything people say they’re looking for. He’s great with kids, dogs, and cats, making him an incredible addition to so many families. He’s loving, social, and ready to be someone’s best friend.

We keep sharing him. He does great when meeting people. Everyone tells us what a wonderful dog he is. Yet somehow, not a single family has chosen him.

Wyatt deserves more than a life of waiting. He deserves a family who will celebrate his first birthday with him, make memories with him, and love him for the rest of his life.

We post her constantly. We bring her to adoption events. Everyone who meets her falls in love with her sweet personality, gentle nature, and adorable face. She does amazing every single time she’s out meeting people.

And yet… no applications.

This beautiful 2-year-old, 56 lb Lab mix is the total package and more than ready to find her forever family.

Stephanie came to us after being owner-surrendered with her two puppies. Despite the uncertainty she’s experienced, she has remained incredibly loving, affectionate, and eager to trust. Her favorite things include belly rubs, hanging out with her people, playing with dog friends, and soaking up all the love she can get. ❤️
