Hi friends! I wanted to share a quick update to Casper’s Canine Cab’s cancellation policy so expectations are clear moving forward.
• 48+ hours’ notice: No charge
• 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the transport cost
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the transport cost
I completely understand that things come up, and I always appreciate as much notice as possible. This policy helps protect reserved time and routes that can be difficult to fill last-minute.

We have an important update to share with you. Starting February 1st, we’ll be making a slight increase to our service prices. This change allows us to continue offering the highest level of safety, care, and comfort to your beloved pets as we navigate rising operational costs.

As you know, at Casper’s Canine Cab, our mission has always been to provide a safe, stress-free, and enjoyable ride for your furry family members. Whether it’s a trip to the vet, daycare, or a special outing, we take pride in offering dependable, loving transportation for pets of all shapes and sizes.

What does this mean for you?

If you have a ride already scheduled, your current rate will still apply.
The new prices will take effect for all rides starting February 1st.
