County fair season is one of our favorite times of the year! 🎡

We are proud to support our local 4-H and FFA members as they showcase the countless hours of hard work, dedication, and responsibility they’ve invested in their animals and projects. County fairs are about so much more than ribbons—they build leadership, sportsmanship, and a lifelong passion for agriculture.

To all of the exhibitors, volunteers, parents, leaders, and fair board members who make these events possible, thank you for your commitment to our communities and the next generation.

☀️🐾 Warm Weather Safety Reminder! 🐾☀️

Summer is here, and rising temperatures can be dangerous for our furry friends.

A few tips to help keep pets safe:
🌡️ Never leave pets in parked vehicles.
💧 Provide plenty of fresh water and shade.
🐾 Walk dogs during cooler morning or evening hours to protect paws from hot pavement.
😎 Watch for signs of heat stress, including excessive panting, weakness, drooling, vomiting, or collapse.

If you suspect your pet is overheating, move them to a cool area, offer small amounts of water, and contact your veterinarian immediately.

Stay cool, stay hydrated, and have a safe summer! 🐶🐱🐴🐮☀️
