Last week was a whirlwind for us here in Aiken but we had such a good time! Looking forward to our second week here. Here are a few highlights but more to come

Sale horse Nakato van stal Romano moved up from the 0.90 to the 1.0m earning nothing but blues along the way. He finished his week with a 2nd in the 0.90m non-pro stake. In 3 shows with us this horse has not had a single jumping fault. Contact us for more info.

Sale horse Seabear wasn't to be left out. He also finished the week fault free in all his 0.80m classes and won the 0.80m non-pro stake. We can't wait to see where his future leads.

Chelsea and Vivian both had an unlucky rail in the jump off in the welcome finishing out of the money. Chelsea had a second unlucky rail in the mini prix but her quick footwork kept her as the fastest 4 faulter good enough for 8th.

Kerry and Kate also went fault free for the week in the 1.0m ch/ad winning 2 classes including the classic and earning Champion

Meghan and Vivian put in solid rounds as the only jr/am jumping at the 1.30m height and are looking forward to next week.

Laila and Graham did awesome in their 0.80m classes finishing with a single rail over 2 days and a 4th in the 0.80 non-pro stake

Meghan and Callaway moved to the a/o hunters and earned solid scores in the classic and weren't out of the ribbons in any of their classes

Matador and Make Mine A Double had some nice rounds in their classes and we are continuing to enjoy watching these two talents develop

Just a quick tutorial on how to convince Vivian to wake up from her nap. She was pretty determined to continue sleeping 😂😂🥕🥕🐎

1. 8yo imported bay Dutch gelding. 16.1h. shown to 0.90m, almost ready to move up. Prior experience in local hunters. Plenty of scope for 1.10m. Super sweet, careful and brave. No stop. This horse will be the winner. Suitable for young pro, junior or amateur. Mid 🖐️

2. 7yo grey Tb gelding. 15.3h. lightly raced and starting his jumping career. We have known him since he was a yearling and were excited to get the opportunity to restart him when his racing career was over. Experience to the 0.80 with plenty of scope to move up. He's kind, honest and brave. Could also be an event horse. Easy to ride and suitable for a junior or amateur in a program as he is still a little green. Low 🖐️

We will be in Aiken for the next two weeks for Summerfest I & II. We will have a couple of sale horses with us available to be tried.

This guy is really special. 8yo Dutch warmblood gelding, 16.1h. Currently competing at the 0.90m but plenty of scope for more. He's careful and quick and will be a very competitive ch/ad horse. Nice enough for a pro but easy enough for an amateur. Contact us to set up a trial.

Today did not go as we had hoped. Our rounds were rough, the weather didn't cooperate at all and then we had a blowout on the way home. But, sometimes a kindness will show up when you need it most. A big shout-out to the Atlanta police officer who stopped on the side of the interstate to check on us as we were changing the tire and then kept a lane open so we could safely get the horses and the camper back on the road. We are home safely and already brainstorming on how to improve for next time!

What a Saturday! It was a blue ribbon sort of a day. Vivian earned blue in the 1.30m this morning. Callaway won all his classes today. The jump seat medal, the adult hunters and the classic! We finished the day with a lovely blue from Nakato van stal Romano (Sushi) in his second ever 0.90m at his first rated show! This special guy finished the week with no jumping faults at all and just got better and better every day! 🦄🦄🥇
