🌿 What is Aquamation? A Gentle Choice for Your Beloved Pet 🐾

At Green Pastures Pet Cremations, we offer aquamation as a gentle, environmentally conscious alternative to traditional flame cremation.

💧 Aquamation, also known as alkaline hydrolysis, uses a combination of water, gentle heat, and an alkaline solution to naturally return a pet’s body to its basic elements. The process is similar to the natural way the body breaks down over time—just carefully and respectfully accelerated.

After the process, the remaining mineral bone material is carefully dried and processed into a fine, sand-like powder (ashes). These remains are then returned to your family, just as with traditional cremation.
