I’m excited to share a fellow small business run by some wonderful friends and clients of ours, Anderson Elk Antlers!

Jenn & Ashley Hughes raise elk and have officially launched their website, where you can find ranch-raised elk antler dog chews, along with handcrafted antler pieces, jewelry, and more.

If you have a pup who loves to chew or you’re looking for something unique while supporting another small business, go check them out! I’m always happy to support good people doing something they’re passionate about. ❤️

Check out these rolly polly olley dogs and derpy jumpy! 🐾

Some pups love to run, some love to play, and some are just happy to flop, roll, wiggle, and be their silly little selves.

Whether your dog is full of zoomies or more of a professional potato, they’ll have a safe, fun place to be loved, spoiled, and cared for at ATX Pawground.

Did you know I also watch ducks? 🦆

ATX Pawground may be full of dogs and cats, but I’m happy to care for your feathered friends too! Whether they need feeding, fresh water, coop or enclosure checks, or just someone to make sure they’re safe and doing well while you’re away, I’ve got them covered.

Dogs, cats, ducks, and all the quirky personalities in between are welcome here!

🐾 Client Spotlight: Bane 🐾

Bane is my longest cat client, and he has such a special place in my heart.

He may technically be a cat, but Bane definitely has some dog energy. He is super vocal, incredibly loving, and always ready to make sure you know he is there. Whether he is greeting me, asking for attention, or simply sharing his very important opinions, Bane always has something to say.

He is affectionate, social, and full of personality, which makes every visit with him so much fun. Some cats like to keep their distance, but Bane is not one of them. He wants love, attention, and probably a full conversation while we are at it.

Bane is proof that cat care can be just as full of personality, cuddles, and chaos as dog care. 🐱🖤

Toy lovers are always welcome at ATX Pawground! 🐾

We have 4 bins full of toy options, plus inside and outside toys, so every pup can search, sniff, dig, and toss toys around until they find the perfect one.

Whether your dog loves tug, fetch, squeaky toys, or just making a joyful mess, they will have plenty to choose from here.

Book your dog’s stay and let them enjoy a toy-filled day of fun!

🐾 Yes, I watch cats too! 🐾

While dogs may be the face of ATX Pawground most days, I also offer cat care for families who need someone trustworthy to check in on their feline friends.

Whether your cat is social and wants attention, shy and prefers their space, playful, talkative, or fully committed to judging me from across the room, I’m happy to meet them where they are.

Cat visits can include feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, medication if needed, playtime, cuddles, and photo updates so you know your kitty is safe and cared for while you’re away. I also watch them from my home if they need extra attention and are friendly!

Every cat has their own personality and routine, and I do my best to keep things calm, familiar, and stress-free while their people are gone. 🐱

🐾 Client Spotlight: Ruby 🐾

Ruby is one of my longest clients, and she has fully claimed her spot as one of the queens of comfort around here.

She is a big, beautiful potato who loves nothing more than curling up in my bed, getting cozy, and taking her naps very seriously. Ruby gets along with everyone she meets, but if she had to choose between playtime and sleep, sleep is winning almost every time.

She is also very talkative and never afraid to let me know exactly how she feels. Whether she is asking for attention, announcing her opinions, or just being her dramatic little self, Ruby always keeps things entertaining.

And of course, she is absolutely gorgeous with her stunning blue eyes and shiny black coat. Ruby is sweet, silly, sleepy, and so loved here. 🖤💙
