Bane is my longest cat client, and he has such a special place in my heart.

He may technically be a cat, but Bane definitely has some dog energy. He is super vocal, incredibly loving, and always ready to make sure you know he is there. Whether he is greeting me, asking for attention, or simply sharing his very important opinions, Bane always has something to say.

He is affectionate, social, and full of personality, which makes every visit with him so much fun. Some cats like to keep their distance, but Bane is not one of them. He wants love, attention, and probably a full conversation while we are at it.

Bane is proof that cat care can be just as full of personality, cuddles, and chaos as dog care. 🐱🖤

🐾 Yes, I watch cats too! 🐾

While dogs may be the face of ATX Pawground most days, I also offer cat care for families who need someone trustworthy to check in on their feline friends.

Whether your cat is social and wants attention, shy and prefers their space, playful, talkative, or fully committed to judging me from across the room, I’m happy to meet them where they are.

Cat visits can include feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, medication if needed, playtime, cuddles, and photo updates so you know your kitty is safe and cared for while you’re away. I also watch them from my home if they need extra attention and are friendly!

Every cat has their own personality and routine, and I do my best to keep things calm, familiar, and stress-free while their people are gone. 🐱

🐾 Client Spotlight: Ruby 🐾

Ruby is one of my longest clients, and she has fully claimed her spot as one of the queens of comfort around here.

She is a big, beautiful potato who loves nothing more than curling up in my bed, getting cozy, and taking her naps very seriously. Ruby gets along with everyone she meets, but if she had to choose between playtime and sleep, sleep is winning almost every time.

She is also very talkative and never afraid to let me know exactly how she feels. Whether she is asking for attention, announcing her opinions, or just being her dramatic little self, Ruby always keeps things entertaining.

And of course, she is absolutely gorgeous with her stunning blue eyes and shiny black coat. Ruby is sweet, silly, sleepy, and so loved here. 🖤💙

Hello to the humans behind my favorite wagging tails,

Just a paws-up that ATX Pawground will be closed for all services from October 23 through October 25, 2026.

I wanted to send plenty of notice so everyone has time to plan ahead for their pups and avoid any last minute leash-tugging chaos. We will be taking a short little cat nap - even though we are definitely a dog crowd over here - and then we will be back to all the tail wags, happy dances, and spoiled-pup fun.

If an emergency comes up, I can try my best to accommodate, so please feel free to reach out to me by email or text.

Thank you so much for your understanding, support, and for trusting me with your furry family members. I appreciate you all more than a dog appreciates hearing the treat bag open.

Please give your pups some extra love from me, and I look forward to seeing everyone before or after those dates.
