Gunner 👨‍🍳🎃

Gumbo Gunner is stirring up something special this Halloween! Our Louisiana gentleman has a recipe for happiness: a little adventure, a generous helping of affection, and someone to come home to. Who’s ready to save this handsome chef a seat at the family table?

🐾 WE DID IT! 🐾
The BAM Thrift Barking Lot Sale was a success!
A HUGE thank-you to all the amazing volunteers who gave their time, energy, and hard work to make it happen. And to our amazing community: thank you for continuing to show up and support BAM and the rescue dogs. We couldn’t have done it without all of you, it takes a village to make this dream happen. 🙏💙

Gracie 🦛🎃

Gracie’s Halloween wish is simple: to be a house hippo in an actual house! She’s dressed for cozy evenings, soft blankets, and plenty of attention. Have a little room in your heart for this sweet hippo?

Our dog walker and shift volunteer Scott is our super volunteer for the month of September!!! 🎉🐾💙

Scott has been at BAM for almost a year and adores the dogs as much as they adore him! He works weekly volunteer shifts cleaning kennels, feeding dogs, doing laundry, general cleaning, enriching their mornings with attention and comes in to walk as well whenever he is in town. Scott lives over 30 minutes away but you would never know it through his dedication to being here for the pups. One of his favorite things to do when not here volunteering is adventuring with his rescued BAM alumni dog Max. They do everything together and are 2 peas in a pod! THANK YOU super-volunteer Scott! 🦸

Duke 🧛🎃

Meet Count Duke, the handsome fellow with a cape, a charming head tilt, and absolutely no interest in sleeping in a coffin. A comfy couch beside his favorite person sounds much better! Beware: this count specializes in stealing hearts.

Beau 🦇🎃

By day, he’s sweet Beau. By night, he’s Bat-Beau, keeping watch for suspicious squirrels and unattended treats! With those magnificent ears, he hardly needs a costume. His next mission: finding a family to call his own.

Beau loves his play days at Zion Canyon Canine Rec Center and Spa 💙🐾

We are so appreciative of all the support from the staff over there and how much this benefits the rescue dogs. A kennel in a rescue or shelter is no place for any dog to live. for Beau, it is tough to be cooped up when he is only a year old and has tons of energy to spend. He gets to play with all his doggy friends, gets tons of exercise, and love from the staff. 🙏🐾
