🍂🍁Happy Columbus Day from Freddie! 🍁🍂

Freddie had a sweet fall drop-in full of fresh air, tummy support, cozy rest, and playful enrichment. We enjoyed a refreshing walk, some favorite hedgehog toy time, and a little plain pumpkin added to his meal to help support his stomach.

Plain pumpkin can be a gentle source of fiber for some dogs with mild tummy upset, but ongoing digestive issues should always be checked with a vet.

Whether it’s walks, meals, enrichment, or just keeping your pet comfortable in their routine, drop-ins help pets feel cared for while their people are away.

Just a quick heads-up that Mystic Moon Paw Prints will be unavailable for pet care services July 13th–17th. I’ll be returning to my regular schedule on July 20th.

Naomi, Rune, and Zelda are my daily grounding, my chaos coordinators, my cuddle therapists, and the reason there’s fur on literally everything I own. 😂

They’ve taught me patience, softness, loyalty, and how to slow down and just be.

Today we celebrate the unconditional love, the zoomies, the head boops, and the quiet moments on the couch that mean more than words ever could. Cheers to our loving pets and many memories. I love them more than all of the stars in the sky! 🌌

Animals seem to understand when our nervous systems are tired.
They don’t rush us forward.

This season can feel heavy and overwhelming, with too much to carry and too little time to rest.
But moments like this remind me that slowing down is not falling behind.
It is listening.
It is tending to what needs care, gently and without urgency.
