Hope wrote this about Heather and her Sheltie. Shut down when they started. Now they can walk into bigger places with more people.

Heather is an amazing trainer also your biggest cheerleader. She has helped with my super anxious and fearful Sheltie. Who when I first brought to her was completely shut down almost all of the time to a dog who sees me as her self place. Heather put so much work into this baby and helped us be able to go into bigger place with more people than I ever thought would be possible. If you need any help training or modifying behavior reach out to them.

We've been toying with this for a while.

You already know we sell St. Rocco's treats. We'd like to also carry the training equipment, toys, and gear we actually use and stand behind. Not the cheap stuff. Things that last, and that we'd put in our own dogs' mouths.

Chuckits. Balls. Tugs. The toys we use here.

Ashley wrote this about Benny. He listens. He walks nicer. She says he seems happier. That last one is the one we keep.

Come the second week of September group classes move to 3pm. It was still warm this morning but we handled it.

ATTENTION PLEASE

Halloween is charging in, and Impactful Canine is taking the three best days of the year off: October 30, October 31, and November 1. We will be celebrating. Hard. I dare anyone to argue that Halloween is not the best holiday. Go ahead. I’ll wait.

Same as every year, we’re also dark for Labor Day Sunday and Monday, the full week of Thanksgiving, and about two and a half weeks for Christmas and New Year’s (same rhythm as our July week). Nobody wants to train dogs on those days, and neither do we.

I know what you’re saying. “You take a lot of days off.” I work seven days a week except for these holidays. Ha ha ha.

We’ll be back after. The dogs are ready.
