Stillwater Farm SOMD Stillwater Farm is located in Huntingtown, nestled on 20+ acres. We offer full care stall and field board with large rolling pastures.

Endless grazing and covered hay huts when grass isn’t available. We support a drama free environment, where you can come and enjoy your horse. We have riders of all levels/ages and horses that are enjoying retirement to horses that are still hitting the trails, showing and everything in-between. Horses are fed grain twice daily, stall boarders are given hay while in and field boarders are given hay daily when needed. Covered round Covered round bale hay huts are kept full in the winter months and as needed in the summer months when grazing is not available. Fly sprayed in the summer months (provided by owner) and blanketed when needed in the winter months (provided by owner). All horses stall or field board are treated equally. We offer a heated and cooled lounge area for all boarders to use which includes a refrigerator, microwave and table. Drop Off Starts April 21, although between April 28 - May 4 is preferred.

Drop off location will be as your facing the house, the right side of the porch in the corner and on around the table.

Please check Shades of Bay Equine Laundry to download forms and follow the directions they give for propperly preparing and packaging blankets.

If you’re new to this process feel free to PM with any questions!

It's time to start thinking about blanket washing and repairs. Our Southern MD pick-up route is tentatively set for May 5th. Please message us if you are interested in dropping your blankets at any of these locations. Drops off can begin within 2 weeks of the pick-up date, not before. Please contact us to be added to the Wawa meet up list - do not wait till the day of!

I will also consider adding one additional drop-off location to this route. A minimum of 50 blankets is required. If you're interested, please reach out.

Please visit our website for information & instructions to properly prepare your blankets for us. Labeling the outside of your trash bags is crucial to keep your blankets organized and with your drop-off location. Please label them with your name, drop-off location, phone number, and number of bags. The blanket information form has been updated this year with different repair options. You can also find it on our website.

If you are planning on using our location as a drop off point please message us on the farm page or our personal page. Tentative date has been set, blankets should not be dropped off any earlier than a week prior to pick up date due to storage.
