Let’s be honest… Easter is NOT the time for your pup to be out here looking like they’ve been digging up eggs for 3 days straight 🥴

🚨 Appointment Confirmation Policy Reminder – Please Read 🚨

Friendly reminder to all Fur Ever Fresh Grooming clients 🐾

If your appointment is NOT confirmed when your reminder is sent out the day before your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be removed and possibly replaced.

📲 A text reminder is automatically sent out the day before your appointment.

⏰ If no confirmation is received, another reminder is sent out a few hours later.

I completely understand that everyone works and has busy schedules which is why you have until 7PM the day before your appointment to confirm. After 7PM, if your appointment has not been confirmed, it will be removed from the schedule.

Unfortunately, I have had to enforce this policy due to multiple situations where I’ve shown up to a client’s home and was told:

“Well I didn’t confirm my appointment, I’m not home.”

Instead of simply messaging or calling to cancel.

You are also given the option to cancel directly through the reminder message if needed.

Please be respectful of my time, as I do travel to each appointment and could have filled that time slot with another client in need of services.
