With over 5 years of experience in the veterinary world & over 6 years of experience in the dog training world, Taylor is truly the heart of our front desk. She brings compassion, dedication, and a deep commitment to veterinary medicine into everything she does.

When she’s not taking care of our clients and patients, she’s busy loving on her own crew—Kill Dog, MJ, Marley, Cheddar, and Parm 🐶🐱

Taylor is currently working toward her RVT at Mt. SAC, and somehow still finds time to enjoy lake days, cooking, and making memories with her favorite people and her pack.🐕✨

We are so excited to celebrate the amazing team that keeps us running smoothly. Please give a warm welcome to our newest receptionist, Madi!

Madison’s love for animals didn’t just appear—it was built from the very beginning. Growing up, she spent her childhood helping with dog adoptions, learning early on what it means to care, advocate, and show compassion for animals in need. Those experiences shaped her into someone who doesn’t just love animals, but feels a deep responsibility to protect and support them.

As an adult, that passion turned into a career. Madison entered the veterinary field and has now dedicated nearly seven years to it. Through long hours, emotional cases, and hands-on care, she’s proven her commitment time and time again. For her, it’s more than a job—it’s a purpose rooted in everything she learned growing up. 🐾🩷

Be sure to say hello next time you’re in the hospital! 🐶🐱
