🐾 Prevention is the best care! 🤍
Our pets can’t always tell us when something feels off, which is why routine wellness checks are so important.

At Cali’s Cottage, we take a look at your pet’s skin, ears & eyes, weight & body condition, heart, lungs & joints, and behavior & lifestyle which helps us catch changes early and keep your best friend feeling their best. 🐶🐱✨

Summer flew by! ☀️🐾 We’ve been keeping busy loving on all of your furry friends, so we’ve been a little quiet on here lately. 💕

Here’s a little photo dump of some of the sweet faces we’ve seen at Cali’s Cottage recently! 🐶🐱 We’re soaking up the last days of summer and heading into fall with lots of happy patients—and we promise to be a little more consistent on here, too! 😉🐾

Fiesta mode: ON 💃🌮—but let’s keep our pets safe while we celebrate!

Cinco de Mayo is full of delicious foods, but not all of them are pet-friendly 🚫🐾
🌶️ Spicy foods & salsa can upset their stomach and cause irritation
🧄 Onions & Garlic are toxic to dogs
🥑 Avocado (skin & pit) can cause vomiting and diarrhea
🍹 Alcohol is extremely dangerous—even small amounts can be life-threatening
🌽 Corn cobs & bones can cause serious blockages
🧀 Fatty foods may trigger pancreatitis

Let your pups join the fiesta safely with pet-friendly treats instead 🐶❤️
