Today was an extremely busy day. If I did not get back to your phone message please understand I tried. We had 2 unexpected cases first thing this morning which took a great amount of time. Thank you to all the ones that had Apts and had to wait longer than usual. Your patience was greatly appreciated. If you call and get the answering machine it is for a very good reason. We love each one of our clients and all their fur babies but sometimes there just isn't enough time in the day to get everyone in when they want. ❤️

As most of our clients are aware we are using a different computer program called Pulse. It has been a very stressful conversion at times but we appreciate your patience. This new program is going to allow us to send yearly vaccine reminders via email. It is going to also allow us to txt messages as needed. Texts will be from a number in the 800's. If you have not provided us with an email address we will try to remember to ask you when you are in the office. Otherwise you can email us the address at our clinic email. [email protected]. Again these are for reminders not setting up Apts or communication. Please continue to call the clinic number for these. 7317841212. We appreciate each and every one of our clients and patients as we enter the new age of cloud based software 🤣.

I failed to mention our wails have been going to spam. They're working to fix this so if you are expecting an email and have not received it check your spam folders.

We want to recognize and give a BIG CONGRATS to our very own Dr. Andrew Lambert on his achievement with AVMA. It takes a lot of age, 😉 and time to reach such accomplishments. 😊 All jokes aside we do appreciate you and glad you're part of our team.

Just an FYI for all clients.
We are seeing 3 Dr.'s worth of clients now. Dr. Mattie, Dr. Lambert and Dr. Hicks. Please be patient with us. There WILL be times you call the clinic and have to leave a message on the answering machine. Please do so and we WILL call you back ASAP. That doesn't mean hang up and call multiple times in hopes that we are all of a sudden able to get to the phone. We want to be able to be available for everyone that needs us but if we are booked up we have to focus on who is here and already made apts.

Also we have been getting a lot of walk ins and unfortunately we only see patient's by apt. If you walk in hoping to be seen it's most likely not going to happen but we will be glad to set up an apt for a future time.

We love and appreciate all of our client's and patients and want to give the best care we can give.
