We are meeting with other pet facilities from around the world for a couple days to see how we can become even better for you and your pets! Yup, that's right, this in an ODD conference. The facilities represented here are all independent facilities (no franchises or big corporate chains).

ODD stands for Owners of Dog Daycares.

🎉 We’re Live - and a Little Ahead of Schedule! 🎉

Great news! We’re happy to share that our new online booking system and customer portal are now live.

You can now:
Manage your online profile
View current and upcoming reservations
Make new reservations online

All existing reservations, account details, pet information, and packages have been successfully migrated into the new system.

📧 Current customers:
You will receive an email around 7:00 PM on January 11, 2026, from our new system, with step-by-step instructions on how to get started and access your account.

Big update coming!

We’reupgrading to a brand-new online booking system to make scheduling easier and smoother for everyone.

Online booking will be temporarily unavailable January 6–11 while we complete the migration.

The good news: our new customer portal goes live Monday, January 12!

During the transition:

Oneka Pet Resort is still open as normal.

If you need to make changes or have questions, please call or email us

If you’re planning future boarding, we recommend waiting to book until the new portal is live

Current customers: please watch your email - you’ll be receiving a more detailed message shortly with additional information and next steps.
