Good morning!
I am reaching out with an exciting announcement 😊

My family and I have officially moved into our new home and I am working on setting up my new salon. I will start working at the new location Oct. 12th!

With moving into the new salon I just have a few reminders…
1. Please leash all dogs that are coming into the salon. The walk from the car to the entrance is a little longer than before and we want to keep everyone safe on the property.
2. While I am able to be flexible, I do need more than 24 hours notice for rescheduling in order to fill spots.
3. If you are going to be more than 15min late to an appointment we will need to reschedule. Being late does add stress to keeping time with the schedules so I do appreciate being on time.
4. I will be starting to do weekly reminders as well Oct. 12th. Life can get busy for you and me! This is to just double check the schedule for that week. Confirming your appointment is appreciated 😊

Also, I am planning to have surgery Dec. 22nd. I will be working extra in December to accommodate as many people as I can before I take 6 weeks off for recovery. This means we might plan the next appointment or two ahead of time. I have a list of groomers who have one on one salons in the area as well that would gladly take clients during January while I’m off so your pets can still get the pampering they deserve.

Dear valued client,
Starting June 1st I will be increasing my grooming prices. While I try my hardest to keep cost low I also am seeing increases in my business expenses while also upgrading my grooming area.

Prices will be as follows for certain time lengths.
1hour- $60
1hour 10min- $70
1hour 15min- $75
1.5 hours- $82.50
2hours-$110
2.5 hours-$137.50
3hours-$165
3.5hours-$192.50

If you have any questions or concerns about these changes please let me know. I value your business and love taking care of your pets.

Also end of May I will be taking a week off. I have spots open still in the next couple weeks so if you need to set an appointment please reach out soon.
