✨🖤💛🩶What a weekend for Crosspoint Equestrian! 🖤💛🩶✨

Watching this brand-new group of horse-and-rider teams step into the show ring, many for the very first show together, was nothing short of incredible. Each horse and rider faced their own challenges, adapted in their own way, and continued to rise to the occasion — and they absolutely amazed us. 🥹🐴

The top placings, ribbons, and accomplishments were wonderful, but what makes me most proud are the milestones that happened along the way: the confidence gained, the lessons learned, the obstacles overcome, and the way each partnership continued to grow together.

Having the privilege to watch these partnerships develop right before our eyes is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. Every single one of them showed something special this weekend. ❤️

This team is SO new, and yet they showed so much heart, determination, talent, and promise. We couldn’t be more proud of every rider, every horse, and every accomplishment🖤💛🩶

🚜 NOW HIRING – PART-TIME BARN & FARM HAND 🐴

Crosspoint Equestrian is looking for a dependable, knowledgeable horse person to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working around horses and can assist with both farm maintenance and daily barn operations.

Responsibilities include:
• Operating a tractor
• Dragging and maintaining the riding arena
• Mowing
• Repairing and maintaining fencing
• General farm maintenance
• Feeding and caring for horses
• Cleaning stalls and water buckets
• Other normal barn duties as needed

What we’re looking for:
✔ Dependable and punctual
✔ Experience with horses is required
✔ Comfortable operating farm equipment
✔ Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
✔ Able to work independently and as part of a team

📅 Weekend and weekday shifts available

At Crosspoint Equestrian, we couldn’t be prouder of our incredible horses and riders. We celebrated so many meaningful milestones this weekend, from horses confidently stepping into the show arena and jumping full fluff and bigger fences for the very first time, to seasoned partners gaining valuable mileage and growing into reliable teaching superstars.

Our riders earned beautiful ribbons, impressive placings in large competitive classes, Reserve Champion honors, and outstanding accomplishments across their respective divisions. But just as importantly, we watched horses and riders gain confidence, experience, and the kind of wisdom that only comes from time in the ring.

Every round, whether it ended with a championship ribbon or simply a personal best, was another step forward. Every experience builds confidence, strengthens partnerships, and lays the foundation for even greater success.

We are incredibly proud of every horse, every rider, every parent, and everyone who supports this amazing team. The ribbons are wonderful, but watching our horses become more confident and our riders grow into better horsemen and horsewomen is the greatest reward of all.

Congratulations to Team Crosspoint Equestrian! Your dedication, perseverance, and love for the sport continue to make us proud. Here’s to many more milestones, more wisdom gained, and even greater accomplishments ahead!

Crosspoint Equestrian is currently seeking a kind, safe, beginner-friendly horse to join our growing hunter/jumper lesson and training program.

If you have a horse that would be suitable for use in beginner riding lessons, we would love to discuss a mutually beneficial arrangement. Options may include greatly reduced personal lessons, weekly training rides, reduced board, a half-lease arrangement, or a customized combination that works for both horse and owner.

Your horse would receive exceptional care in a professional, growing hunter/jumper boarding and training facility, including:

✔️ Spacious private run-out paddock
✔️ AM and PM feedings
✔️ Day or night turnout options

*** position filled ***We are hiring!!*** Hudson, Fl, conveniently located to the veterans Expressway.
Looking for a dependable, grounded, hard-working person who doesn’t mind early mornings and enjoys being around great horses and good people. We are a growing, busy Hunter/Jumper facility looking for help Monday through Thursday mornings, with the potential for future additional weekend mornings as well.

This is a laid-back environment with structure — a positive team atmosphere where everyone works together and takes pride in the care of the horses.

Duties include:
• Feeding
• Cleaning approximately 8–11 stalls. Stall cleaning is light as most of our horses get night turnout.
• Scrubbing and dumping water buckets and cleaning water troughs.
• General barn chores and daily horse care
• Keeping the barn neat and running smoothly

Horse experience is preferred, but reliability, a good attitude, and consistency matter most.

We are so proud of our riders—especially our younger ones—who stepped into the ring with courage, heart, and determination. This show was such a special opportunity for them to build confidence, grow as riders, and celebrate their progress together as a team.

From first rounds to new partnerships with different horses, these riders reached meaningful milestones and achieved so many personal victories. Some classes were large and competitive, others more intimate, but every single rider on our team played a part in bringing home blue ribbons—and more importantly, in supporting one another and rising to the occasion.

This is what these local shows are all about: creating a positive, encouraging environment where riders can develop, gain confidence, and fall even more in love with the sport. Watching their growth, teamwork, and determination was truly something special.
