🎉🐾 **SWEET SIXTEEN! HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO NEW LEASE ON LIFE!** 🐾🎉

16 YEARS. OVER 13,000 LIVES CHANGED. ❤️

New Lease on Life is celebrating **16 incredible years of saving lives and finding forever homes!** 🐶🐱🐰

Over the past 16 years, we've helped **more than 13,000 dogs, cats, and small animals** find loving families of their very own! That's over 13,000 second chances. Over 13,000 happy endings. And countless wagging tails, happy purrs, and grateful hearts. ❤️

But rescue isn't just about finding homes. It's also about preventing animals from needing rescue in the first place!

So, in honor of our **16th anniversary**, we're celebrating by sponsoring **ANOTHER 16 CAT SPAYS/NEUTERS** at Lemony Snippet Spay & Neuter Clinic in Struthers, Ohio! 🐱✂️

Because one of the best ways to save lives is to prevent unwanted litters before they're born!

We couldn't have made it through these 16 years without our incredible volunteers, fosters, adopters, donors, rescue partners, and supporters. You've helped us through the heartbreaks, celebrated the victories, and made every single one of those 13,000+ happy endings possible.

**And we're not done yet!** 💚

Here's to 16 years of second chances, 16 years of making a difference, and hopefully MANY more years of changing lives, one paw at a time!

This guy was in our drive way one night when we came home (about 3 or 4 weeks ago) & hasn’t left since. He was super skinny (which made his head look HUGE 😅) but a TON of food & some TLC ❤️‍🩹 he’s gained enough weight to look properly proportioned. 😂 He’s a bit of a bully to the other cats but seems to be calming a bit since we had him neutered last week. Unfortunately, he did test positive for FeLV & FIV but he will be housed separately from the others.

PLEASE SHARE! As the opening of KIRILA KITTY RANCH draws nearer, we need your help more than ever. While we haven‘t pursued much by way of fundraising to date, the amount we have raised has been depleted for veterinary care, spay & neuters & just a SMALL portion of the cost we have incurred for the construction of the shelter area.

As we begin the process to ensure all of the cats we will offer for adoption are properly vetted, our veterinary costs will increase SIGNIFICANTLY. Please help in this important push to get these fur babies (& future fur babies!) ready for their FURRever homes, & in a safe, warm environment in these cold coming months while they wait. ❤️

Every contribution, big or small, goes straight to the cause. Your gift today has a real, direct impact to the local stray & feral cat community. 🐈‍⬛🌵💕

As the weather starts to get colder, we’d like to offer these heated cat houses for sale as a fundraiser for our rescue. We’ve used this type for years & the cats love them! 😻 These are new, never used, still in packaging. They have plug-in electric pads inside that warm when the cat lays on it. Five of the size small (red) available for $30 donation & one size M (blue) for $40 donation benefiting Kirila Kitty Ranch. If you have any outdoor kitties give them the gift of warmth this winter! ❤️🐈‍⬛
