And Saturday afternoon and Sunday all day we were working on getting Hubbard all set up. We have a ways to go, but also have come a huge distance! Just bear with us in the lobby as we figure it all out. The rooms are cleaned and ready to start full on daycare/daystays on Tuesday AM! Tomorrow is our orientation for all of our staff...pictures of that tomorrow. Our training involves a deep dive into body language and CPR/First Aid! This place is going to be AMAZING, I promise you that. We are all determined to make this the VERY best place anywhere for dogs...meeting all of their needs, and meeting them where they are. Our calendars will be coming back, with special events every day. We will be incorporating some training for everyone, and continue our arts and crafts....a staff filled with knowledge of how to keep your dogs safe and happy. What could be better? Our resolve is strong....It will mean great things for your dogs!! (Katie Kinast I heard you were so worried....NO NEED. We have got you!)

Moving forward:

We are working on 4 outside yards, by Summer we will be back to playing with dogs in yards with pools and sprinklers! WE CANNOT WAIT!

Room dividers are nearly done.....OFFICE A TOTAL DISASTER...but a work in progress.....great stuff ahead!

Thank you to everyone that helped today!! My awesome husband Sam and daughter Anastiya, friends Karla and Beki, Anaya-we got a lot done today!!!

Tomorrow is also Vinny's foster-to-adopt day! The beginning of a new era....just ahead!

And so a new day has dawned! It was one extremely busy weekend...and while we have a long way to go to get everything set up, we also have come an incredibly long way in 2 days! I want to thank all of those people that helped us to move on Saturday. You made things as effortless as it could be! My awesome husband Samuel, daughter Anastiya, brother Tony, sister in law Gayle, nephews Owen and Zeke, friends Mike, Jake, Lorri, Steve and support for in Hubbard my friend Beki (always willing to help!) It does take a village. Without you guys, we would still be moving. Between 1 Uhaul and Mikes trailer....and Owen's truck, Mike made 2 trips, and then Steve-our professional U-haul driver and Owen....1 trip. 4 hours total!! THANK YOU. You are the best of people. Love you all! THANK YOU!!!!! Also a big thanks to Sarah Kessner who took care of my dogs while we were gone all day!
