Good morning! Unfortunately, due to the continued power outage and no updated restoration time, Noble Dog will be closed today.

If you received any texts from our system that are confirming your appointment today those were automatic and we were not able to stop them before they went out. We apologize for any confusion.

We do have a team of groomers willing to come in later if power is restored, and we will reach out as soon as we receive an update to let you know if we are able to accommodate your appointment.

Please note: You may receive a call or text from a number you don’t recognize. Our team is working remotely and using a temporary number to contact clients. Please do not save those numbers or use them for future booking. They are temporary.

⚡🐾 WELL… THAT’S RUFF. AGAIN.

Unfortunately, after this evening’s second round of severe storms and tornado activity, Noble Dog has lost power again.

At this time, we do not expect power to be restored in time to operate tomorrow morning. Our 9 AM or 10 AM appointments are being cancelled, and those clients are being notified.

If power is restored sooner than expected and we are able to safely reopen, we will contact affected clients directly and post an update here.

!! OFFICIAL Update!!!

We’ve officially received an update that our power will not be restored today during our work day. (Sad dog whine)

Unfortunately, Noble Dog will need to remain closed for the rest of the day.

If you had an appointment scheduled today, we’ll be reaching out to get you rescheduled as soon as possible.

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding! 🐾❤️

OH BISCUITS! We’re out of power!

Noble Dog is currently without power and temporarily closed while we wait for the lights to come back on.

We’re monitoring the outage and will be making decisions about today’s appointments in approximately 2-hour increments rather than canceling the entire day at once.

If you have an appointment today, you do not need to contact us. We will reach out to you directly if your appointment is affected.

If power is restored, we’ll reopen and continue with the remaining appointments for the day. If we’re still without power at 1 PM, we’ll call it for the day and contact all remaining clients.

Thanks for hanging in there with us! Hopefully we’ll be back to making dogs beautiful very soon.

If you want to reschedule please feel free to call us. Our phone lines are down but the phone is rerouted to a cell phone as we work remotely from home today. You may hear a slight delay or strange sound as it is rerouted. No worries it is normal!

Unfortunately, Noble Dog is currently experiencing a power outage, and we are unable to operate without power.

If your pet is scheduled with us today, Thursday, September 3, our team will reach out to you directly to reschedule your appointment as soon as we know when power will be restored.

At this time, we have not been given an estimated restoration time.
