Their mama was found living under Beltway 8 in Pearland, and now Bevo, Howdy, and Cowboy are safe, spoiled, and growing fast thanks to Heart of the Underdog.

Bevo is the big lovable shadow.
Howdy is the small-but-mighty explorer.
Cowboy is the smart, athletic goofball.

Rodeo has already found his forever home — now we need to help his brothers find theirs.

We’ve been fostering these little guys for a few weeks and just trying to help them get seen.

🌲COMMUNITY UPDATE 🌲

We are incredibly proud to announce that Trusty Tail Pet Waste Removal is partnering with the Bayou Preservation Association (BPA) to protect our local Houston and Pearland watersheds!

Through this joint initiative, we are helping identify local HOAs, parks, and multifamily communities eligible for dedicated grant funding to supply, install, and maintain commercial pet waste stations near local waterways.

Our mission has always been keeping yards clean and pets safe from environmental illnesses, and this partnership lets us scale that mission directly into our shared public spaces.

Blessed to celebrate 1 year of marriage with my wonderful wife, who has been with me through one crazy year.

We started off traveling coastal Europe on a 10-day cruise, then finished it with a flight to Ireland where we rented a car and had to learn how to drive on the opposite side of the road. We drove from Cork through much of southern Ireland and somehow spotted about 12 rainbows during our time there. It really was a magical start to a magical marriage.

Shortly after the honeymoon, I dragged you into the world of motorcycles, and shortly after that, you dragged me to Peru to support the community of Payorete through the nonprofit you’re part of, Engineers Without Borders, as they work through the ongoing struggle of river erosion threatening their homes. I loved seeing you in your element and getting to travel beside you.

From there, we came straight home into our own problems — dealing with the roof, tearing apart our kitchen and bathroom, camping out with family for a few months, and then rebuilding our home.

Somewhere in the middle of all that, we became more engaged with God and the church, and then came the big one… starting Trusty Tail. 🐾

You have been with me every step of this journey, and I couldn’t be more thankful to have someone as supportive, capable, and beautiful as you as my wife.

One thing we can say for sure is this has not been a boring marriage. One thing after another has kept us moving, growing, and building together.
