Congratulations to our GCVS Houston IRIS Award winner, Jessica!
Every quarter, the IRIS Award honors one of our incredible Emergency and Critical Care Client Patient Care Specialists, who serve as the vital connection between pets, clients, and the medical team. In Greek mythology, Iris is the goddess of the rainbow and the divine messenger, bridging heaven and earth. In the same way, our CPCs serve as compassionate messengers, guiding clients through some of their most emotional and critical moments with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. Jessica embodies these qualities every single day.
Jessica consistently demonstrates dedication, professionalism, and compassion in everything she does. She goes above and beyond for our patients, clients, and team, and her exceptional work ethic is reflected in her unwavering commitment and perfect attendance.
Jessica is a trusted resource for both technicians and fellow Client Patient Care Specialists because of her clear communication, reliability, and extensive knowledge. She is always willing to mentor others, offer support, and foster a positive environment for everyone around her. Her impact on the Emergency and Critical Care teams is felt every day, and we are incredibly grateful to have her as part of our team.
To make this recognition even more special, Jessica also recently celebrated her 8-year anniversary with GCVS. Thank you for eight years of dedication, compassion, and excellence. We are so grateful for everything you do!
