Update on Will. If a dog could be an Influencer, it would be him!
He is relaxing on the Guadalupe river shore. It happens to be my favorite River. I am assured he loves to swim! Will is popping up all over! I get so jealous of all the places that the puppies I have raised, get to visit!

Bowie hit the jackpot! Things are pretty quiet around our place in the country. Life sped up quickly when Bowie was chosen to join a beautiful family with 4 young children. It must have been a dream come true as he always was ‘over the moon’ when my grandkids visited. Life is beautiful!

Here’s Spot. Guess where he got his name but check out his cute chin hairs for a clue.
He’s a garden pup. He delights in checking out all my activities while I garden . Today the pups loved the basil plants with their intriguing smell.

Spot scored with the deep manly bark of their the bunch. It’s not too loud but very nice. He’s a gentleman and the first pup to impress me with taking his treats politely. Well, he is waiting for a new home at the moment but he’s patient . Today he is currently enjoying watching the neighbors cut down their very large trees and all the new sounds. Somehow, some of the sawdust found its way onto his beautiful red fur.
His favorite activity is lap sitting, with ear massages included.

Saying goodbyes are never easy. We grew very attached to this sweet pup but he left today with the mission of bringing a lot of joy to this sweet family

Our lovely Cedar is showing off her curls. I have been doing my own grooming for so many years and each time I pick up my clippers and prepare the grooming table, I am not always ready to say goodbye to their beautiful curls. Cedar turns a beautiful dark apricot when her winter coat comes fully in. I can’t help but feel she is showing off a bit.
I was trying to think how many bags of poodle and doodle hair I would have if I saved them up over the years. I lost count and got a little dizzy🐕😀🐕

Bonnie took a little walk to the mailbox with me. My I phone counts it at only 437 steps. She soon figured out the trip would be a lot easier if I carried her. So, I pick her up. Then we veered from the path a little to check on the pear trees we were deep watering. She is still relaxing in my arms.
I am trudging back to the house, carrying Bonnie when she wants down to race ahead of me and steal my spot on the porch swing. Really….man’s best friend? She actually did scoot over.
Bonnie is 10 weeks old and would love to stay with me forever but she is waiting to find a home where she can be a big blessing. Do you have any mail you need help fetching or pear trees to water? Also it’s a plus is if her new home has a porch swing.

Now, in my humble opinion, I think we should assign some Doodles to Congress to roam the aisles and act as collective service dogs. They have such a presence about them,a calm wisdom and a dog’s love that crosses divides. I have heard so many people use the word ‘healer’ in the same sentence as doodles.
I was taking a few pics of Missy this morning as she roamed around the garden exploring. She has such a calm wise demeanor. She’s perfect for a politicians aide! In fact she would be a great ‘stress buster’ for anyone and doodles love having a job! She’s only 9 weeks old and such an eloquent and charming puppy, ready for her next step in life in a new home. She could set the world in perspective on troubled days.
And, she loves flowers and quiet walks. She is intrigued by and loves to watch all the falling leaves accompanied by an orchestra of bird song.

Just like Bowie got all the ‘curl genes’, ARLO got the ‘big boy’ genes. It just sometimes happens like that with doodles. The up side for ARLO is that he can easily scramble out of the exercise pen and the others can’t.
I have daily little individual training times with each pups. They keep playing around in their exercise pen while I pull them out one by one for some on individual training moments.
ARLO caught on quick to ‘place’ on the green cot. He sits his little butt down and tunes in for his command. In fact he got so excited that he kept popping out of the exercise pen to push the pup aside that I was working with. He just has to show me how good he is and to earn a treat. He had to ‘bomb’ everyone else’s individual time! And, he is so good and sweet that it’s hard to correct him. Just take notice what sweet hypnotizing eyes he has.
So, after his training, he is now sent off to join his mom for tennis ball time so everyone else gets a chance. He has his heart set on being the ‘Teacher’s Pet’ and knocking everyone else out of the ballpark.
