Memorial Town & Country Animal Clinic Memorial Town & Country Animal Clinic is a AAHA Member veterinary clinic established in 1986. Owner Dr. John M. We strive to offer first quality veterinary care.

Memorial Town & Country Animal Clinic is a progressive clinic that was created with the ever growing needs of our clients and patients in mind. The facility accommodates the changing needs in the veterinary medical field. Brasher is a highly qualified Texas A&M graduate with outstanding experience and reputation. He has been in practice in the Memorial area of Houston for over 20 years. Associate veterinarian Dr. Mark Peterson also attended Texas A&M. In recent years, he has spent most of his efforts working with small animals and has studied the use of ultrasound to diagnose problems and continues to seek more in depth studies in the field. The clinic is equipped to offer many modern diagnostic services including ultrasound, radiology, electrocardiography (EKG), and clinical pathology. Once a diagnosis is made, we are staffed to meet most surgical and medical needs. The well being of our patients is top priority. Our caring and knowledgeable staff are available to give your pets the time and attention they need. MEMBER

September is Senior Pet Month!

As pets age, health changes can happen quickly—and many conditions show few signs early on.

That’s why senior dogs and cats often benefit from wellness exams every 6 months.

🩺 During these visits, your veterinarian looks for:
• Weight & muscle loss
• Arthritis & mobility changes
• Dental disease
• Heart, kidney & liver changes
• Thyroid disease & diabetes
• Lumps, vision/hearing changes & behavior changes

Senior bloodwork and urinalysis may also help detect problems before they become obvious.

❤️ Our goal is to help your pet age comfortably, stay healthy, and enjoy more quality time with you!

🐶🐱 Because our senior pets deserve a little extra attention—and a lot more good years.

Senior Pet of the Week!!

Meet Maxwell, who is 13 yrs old, and he is one of our most beloved and favorite senior patients. He enjoys daily morning walks and knows which people carry treats with them because he runs to meet them and get a treat. Maxwell is super laid back and one of our easiest and most cooperative patients. When he comes in for his monthly allergy and arthritis injections, he never misses a beat, laying down for belly rubs and treats.
