If your pet needs any prescription refills, please give us a call this week so we can have everything ready for you before Friday. Requesting refills early helps us ensure your pet’s medications are filled in a timely manner.

Update: the AT&T saga continues as the Tech that was scheduled to come out yesterday…never showed up. 🙄

The clinic phones HAVE been forwarded to the previously mentioned cell phone. So if you are getting a busy signal, please keep trying. Eventually we SHOULD be able to assist you.

We continue to function on a single computer for ALL invoice transactions, scheduling of appointments, and filling of prescriptions. Credit card processing is also on a single unit BUT at least we are now able to get those processed at time of payment.

We still have no way to send/receive emails for patient medical records or patient referrals.

Final note: y’all have been extremely patient with us during this process and we GREATLY appreciate it!! ❤️
Fingers (and toes) crossed that things are resolved TODAY!! Or at the very least, by Monday…😵‍💫

As of about 1:00pm this afternoon…our phones and WiFi (Internet and credit card readers as well) went down. The joys of fiber wire through AT&T…

As of close of business this evening, we still had not been able to get through to a human that could “help”.
We have a backup cell phone that will be available to call as of 7:30 tomorrow morning: 346-852-4095

Sorry for any inconvenience, please know we are trying to get back up and running normally as quickly as we can.
