It’s the end of our week, and it’s very important to us to always express our gratitude for everything that you guys do for us and our shop, but tonight I want to express my gratitude for the people that I get to work with! Just this afternoon, I learned a couple of things that really surprised me. In talking with Don and Patrick, they shared their knowledge with me, and it got me thinking…I get to work with Prosper and Don, who have been working in our business since I was a kid, and also with Patrick who is younger than me, who is whip smart about what we do, and Katie, who can figure out anything, and has more enthusiasm than 5 fish keepers put together!! I am blessed!

My advice to you guys is to talk to each of them! Learn from them! You will never stop learning in our hobby!
They have so much great information and experience to share, and this Sunday evening and every day, I am so grateful that I get to work with each of them!❤️

We have already been working hard on new orders for the upcoming week for you guys! Tomorrow, we will all rest, and then we’ll be back at it on Tuesday at 11!

As always, thank you guys for supporting our shop!🥰

Big news, everybody‼️

On our trip to Interzoo, we ran into Andy Biro, the owner of Xtreme Aquatic Foods. Prosper has known Andy, and his brother Rick, who raises African Cichlids, since the early 70s. In fact, about 20 years ago, Prosper took me down to Ricks fish farm, and it was so amazing to see the set up that they have down there raising so many beautiful fish! It was a blast!! Anyway, long fish story short…lol, we had a great visit in Germany with Andy, and after many years, we decided to bring in the full line of Xtreme for you guys!! We are really excited to add Xtreme to our selection of premium foods because Xtreme is made here in the USA from high quality ingredients that your fish will really benefit from eating!

We have it all ready to go for you guys, and hopefully you’ll give it a try! We have some samples available, so please ask about what formula might work best for your tanks!! We are really excited to have this available in the shop!

Quality matters to all of us at Aqua Zoo! Did you know that a lot of the livestock that we keep in stock in the shop are European raised fish? The difference is amazing, the colors of the fish, the health of the fish, both initially when we are getting them acclimated and long term, when you guys have them in your tanks! They are really healthy fish!

We are often asked what fish can go with shrimp, and this is definitely one of them!

Dwarf Golden Barbs! They are so cute, with very distinct markings, you will definitely love them when you see them! We do, for sure!
