We know losing a beloved pet is incredibly difficult, and unfortunately, sometimes it happens in the middle of the night or outside of our normal business hours.

If your pet passes away when we are unavailable to meet or pick them up right away, we recommend gently wrapping your pet in a blanket, towel, or sheet, placing them in a secure bag if possible, and keeping them in a freezer until we are able to meet with you.

We understand that this can be an incredibly hard thing to do, but keeping your pet cold helps slow the natural changes that begin after passing and allows us to care for them properly when they arrive with us.

Please reach out to Ozarks Pet Cremations LLC as soon as you are able, and we will make arrangements with you at our earliest availability.

📢 UPDATED BUSINESS HOURS

As Ozarks Pet Cremations continues to grow, we’re thankful to be able to spend more time in the office and available to serve our families. With that comes an update to our regular business hours:

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Weekends | By Appointment

We know the loss of a beloved pet doesn’t always happen during regular business hours. After-hours and weekend services may still be available by appointment; however, an additional after-hours fee will apply.

Being in the office more consistently allows us to better serve our community while continuing to give every pet entrusted to us the individual care, dignity, and respect they deserve.

We’re back! ❤️

After taking a few days to unplug, spend time with family, and recharge, we’re feeling refreshed and ready to serve our community again.

We’ll be back in the office and available starting Monday morning. Thank you to everyone for your patience while we took this much-needed mini getaway. Knowing we have trusted friends available to assist families while we’re away allows us to step away occasionally and return ready to give every family the care and compassion they deserve.

Please know that Ozarks Pet Cremations remains available by phone throughout our trip, and we’ve made arrangements with trusted family friends to help meet with families if the need arises.
