Frida came in VERY excited to see us and get all the attention 😂🐾🩵 We updated her vaccines and annual services, plus administered her ProHeart and Bravecto Quantum injections to keep her protected.

She was a little less enthusiastic about the whole situation after the vaccines 😂 but still such a sweet girl!

With ProHeart and Bravecto Quantum, Frida has long-lasting heartworm, flea, and tick protection without mom having to remember monthly doses. 💙

Rosie spent the day with us getting caught up on a few things 🐾🩵 Mom dropped her off to update her Bordetella and Lepto vaccines, and she also received another Cytopoint injection to help keep her itchiness under control.

She was SO sweet and made having her around for the day pretty easy on us. 💙

Ear infections can be uncomfortable and may cause head shaking, scratching, redness, odor, or sensitivity around the ears. If you notice any of these signs, getting them checked early can help prevent things from getting worse. 💙

She came back to see us for a UTI recheck and also got caught up on her rabies vaccine, DAPP booster, and first Lepto vaccine. Looking this cute while getting preventative care handled deserves some recognition. 🩵

Garth was VERY happy about the ear rubs after getting his ears cleaned 😂🐾🩵 Just look at that face!

He came in for a follow-up after an ear infection wasn’t clearing up, so we cleaned his ears and performed an ear packing to help get him some relief. Clearly, he approved of the extra attention afterward. 💙

Chichi came in with her mom for a UTI and ear infection 🐾🩵 She was a little nervous and is also hard of hearing, so our team made sure to take things slowly and keep her as comfortable as possible. She was such a sweet girl!

We treated her ears with Simplera and sent her home with antibiotics to help get her feeling better. 💙

If your pet is showing signs like frequent urination, accidents, head shaking, ear scratching, or unusual odor, it’s worth getting them checked.

Formerly Universal City Animal Hospital, we’re incredibly honored to continue the legacy of care that Dr. Gates and this team have built within the Universal City community. Dr. Gates remains right here alongside the team, continuing to care for the pets and families he has served for so many years.

We’re excited to bring the NVC name to the San Antonio area and become part of a community that already means so much to this clinic. 🧡
