WATER INFRASTRUCTURE WATCH | LEAD SERVICE LINE REPLACEMENT

EPA released new Lead and Copper Rule implementation guidance in August to help water systems move from inventories and planning toward replacement work.

For utilities and contractors, the field question is practical: how will each service-line replacement be accessed, installed and restored efficiently?
